These 5 years have gone pretty quickly. It was her idea to make the date today as we're both Irish. No big plans except she'll be making corned beef , cabbage, & potatoes for dinner. And I'll be having a beer or 2.

I baked a corned beef Sunday, had leftovers for dinner Monday, then made reubens for today and tomorrow. It's like a weeklong festival of corned beef & cabbage!
